Reviews and Ratings
I had quite the mixed experience at this hotel. While it's close to everything and just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient, the rooms left much to be desired—they felt dated and not very clean. The no food and drink rule around the pool was frustrating, especially since there was nowhere to buy anything. I will say the staff was helpful when it came to planning our trip. Still, with the hefty fees and issues, it wasn’t the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location was fantastic and close to the beach, the overall experience was marred by dated and dirty rooms. The staff was a mixed bag; some were friendly, but others were blunt and unhelpful. Plus, the no food or drink policy at the pool was frustrating, and I didn't appreciate the additional daily fee for Wi-Fi and other amenities. For what I paid, I expected much better.
The hotel has a fantastic location, close to the beach and many attractions. The rooms are spacious and nicely presented, although some were a bit worn down. The check-in process was confusing and slow due to specific COVID requirements, but the staff was helpful. Overall, it offers good value for money, though the loud generator next to my room made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, which was located in a great, quiet area close to the beach. The room was comfortable enough for two, making it suitable for a small group. While the staff was friendly, there were a few hiccups with service, and the dining options were limited. All in all, it provided good value for money, especially considering its proximity to the ocean.
My stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The location is just a short walk from Waikiki Beach and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I did find the rooms to have a bit of noise from the air conditioning, which was slightly disturbing. The amenities were decent, but it's not a luxury experience, so keep your expectations in check. All in all, it offers good value for money considering the location and welcoming atmosphere.
